Overview

You can send any photo in your Snapfish account to any mobile phone in the U.S. in a few simple steps. The photos can then be viewed from the phone and saved as wallpaper (the background image on a phone's main screen) or for photo caller ID.

You can also browse and view your Snapfish albums from your mobile phone. You must have a compatible phone to view albums.

All that you need to view photos on your phone is a phone with a color screen and a web browser.

Before using any Snapfish mobile features, it's helpful to add your mobile phone number to your account information. Just click on the "your account" link at the top of most pages, then on 'edit mobile phone' in the personal information section.

Note: For a limited time, Snapfish is offering this service for free. Certain airtime, data, and SMS charges of the wireless operator(s) may apply to you and/or your recipient(s).

Sending Wallpaper to My Phone

1. From your photo library page, an album page or a photo page, click 'send to phone' and then 'wallpaper for me'.
2. If you didn't begin on a photo page, select the photo you'd like to send to your phone. You may first have to select the album that contains the photo, and then click the photo. If you'd like to edit or crop the photo, click 'crop or rotate'. Click on another photo to select a new photo. When you're happy with your photo, click 'continue'.
   

   Note: The size of your photo may vary based on the format of your phone.
   
   

3. On the following page, you'll see fields where you can enter your 10-digit phone number. If you have already entered your mobile number into your account info, your number will appear automatically. If you have phone numbers in your address book, you can also use it to enter phone numbers. When you're finished, click 'send wallpaper'.
4. You will receive a text message on your phone with a link to your photo. Just select the link in the message, or key the link into your phone's browser. Then, select the 'Save as wallpaper' link and the photo will be saved to your phone.

Sending Mobile Greetings to Friends

1. From your photo library page, an album page or a photo page, click 'send to phone' and then 'mobile greeting'.
2. If you didn't begin on a photo page, select the photo you'd like to send to your phone. You may first have to select the album that contains the photo, and then click the photo. If you'd like to edit or crop the photo, click 'crop or rotate'. Click on another photo to select a new photo. When you're happy with your photo, click 'continue'.

   Note: The size of your photo may vary based on the format of your phone.

3. On the following page you'll see fields where you can enter up to three 10-digit mobile numbers. If you'd like to send the photo to more than three recipients, click 'add more numbers'. If you have saved friends' phone numbers in your address book, you can retrieve numbers from there.
4. Below the number fields, you can enter a message that will be included in the phone message your friends receive.
5. When you're finished, click 'send greeting'.
6. Your friends will receive a text message on their phones with a link to your photo. If the recipient is unable to access the photo from their phone, he or she can also type the link into a PC browser.

Viewing Albums on My Phone

Snapfish on your phone
You can use Snapfish on your mobile phone to:

1. Upload photos from your camera phone to your Snapfish account (if your phone browser supports it)
2. View and share photos and albums from your Snapfish account
3. Turn your Snapfish photos into wallpaper for your phone
4. Send photos to a friend's cell phone via text message
5. Get unlimited free photo storage

View photos
To view your Snapfish photos on your mobile phone, follow these steps:

1. Go to m.snapfish.com using your phone browser
2. Log in to your Snapfish account
3. From the Snapfish homepage on your phone, select "view albums" to see a list of all your albums.
4. Select the album you want to view, then select click on the album's name to see all the photos in that album.
5. To see a full-screen view of a photo, just select the photo.

Share photos
To share a photo or album from your mobile phone, follow these steps:

1. When you are viewing an album or photo, select "share this album" or "share photo."
2. On the next screen, enter your name in the "from" field.
3. Next, enter either the email addresses or the phone numbers you want to share with. You can also select "address book" to choose an address from your Snapfish address book.
4. In the "message" field, enter a message to your friends.
5. Finally, select "share now" and your photos will be sent to your friends.

Upload photos
You can upload photos from your phone by browser or by email, depending on the type of phone you have.

To upload from your mobile phone's browser, click on "upload photos" to get started.

To upload photos by picture message, send a message to save@snapfish.com with the photo attached. For faster uploading, add save@snapfish.com as a contact in your phone's address book. You can upload photos from your computer's browser at any time by going to www.snapfish.com..

To order top-quality prints and personalized photo gifts, upload your camera phone photos to Snapfish, and then log in at www.snapfish.com. using your computer's browser.

Save wallpaper
To set a photo from Snapfish as your mobile phone's wallpaper, follow these steps:

1. When you are viewing a photo, select "save wallpaper." Your phone's browser will save your photo.
2. Depending on your phone model, click "Save," "Use," or "Apply" to save the photo.

Note: On some phones, you cannot instantly apply the photo as wallpaper. In this case, after the photo is saved, use the Display Settings menu on your phone to select the photo as wallpaper.

Note: There is a charge from wireless service providers for using the Snapfish service from the phone. Most wireless service providers offer a range of price plans that can vary depending on whether you want to pay per usage, by the day, week or month.
